Students from Hague who had perfect attendance fort he fourth marking period were Jessica Frasier and Lindsay Frasier. Joseph M. Hiro Elected GovernorTiconderoga High School and District Three, which covers Warren and Essex counties, has its first ever governor of the state's YMCA Youth in Government program. Joe Hiro, a junior in THS was recently elected governor at the YMCA's Youth in Government conference held at the state capital in April. He has served on several statewide committees since his freshman year and was lieutenant governor last year. He is following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather, H. G. Burleigh, from Ticonderoga, who served as a state assemblyman and U.S. congressman. He is the son of Jane Burleigh, Ticonderoga. Ticonderoga High School should be very proud of the accomplishments of this young man. Change Of Graduation DateTi High's graduation will be held on Sat., June 21 at 10AM - a change from the District Calendar date. Results Of School ElectionThe Board of Education has acknowledged the results of the Budget Vote held on May 7, 1997. 496 - YES 190 NO For the School Board: Jay Fortino - 605; Richard Frasier - 563; Lester Bilow - 548. Richard Frasier is a resident of Hague, which means that Hague now has two residents on the board - Joanne Brown, and Richard Frasier.
