August 11 "History of Logging in the Adirondacks" by Dick Nason. Learn about the fascinating history of the logging industry through this informational slide presentation. August 18 "Archaeology at Fort William Henry" by Dr. David Starbuck. Hear this popular archaeologist describe the excavations at Fort William Henry in '97 and '98 conducted through the auspices of Adirondack Community College. August 25 "There is More to Adirondack Architecture Than Great Camps" by Stephen Engelhart.
